For Ph. RL Then, CarePass did not begin as a campaign. It began with a simple observation.
Healthcare today is built around transactions. Every visit, every test, every treatment paid for separately.

Because health is not built through transactions. It is built through consistency, prevention, and early action.
Yet for most people, preventive care is delayed. Not because they do not care but because the system does not reward it.

That was when the question changed.
